Answer 1:

Fall is the best time to plant, but we plant year round as long as the ground is not frozen or too saturated.

Often enough to keep your soil moist consistently. Newly installed plants are like a newborn child, they require lots of care... and water.

Yes, but don’t spend a fortune on something you are selling. Inexpensive landscape and mulch gives curb appeal to your home which helps it to be more marketable to sell.

Yes, as long as they are not tropical fish. Remember that below a 55 degree water temperature, a fish’ metabolism will begin to slow which also causes their digestive system to slow. So don’t feed your fish during this time!

Mulch does a better job of retaining moisture which is better for your plants. Gravel can be low maintenance when using a weed fabric installed underneath, but gravel settles after time and will periodically need to be “touched up” with a fresh layer.
